Excel AV prides itself on customer service and after sales support. Whilst we always strive to design robust and reliable solutions, we understand lack of operability is not an option.
Each support agreement is tailored to a particular application, situation, or operational requirement to ensure response times and performance monitoring are commensurate with the service levels required. Excel AV will produce a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which will capture the service levels and other performance criteria set out.
Our support arrangements can include planned preventative maintenance visits to conduct critical tasks including a health check of the entire system. This activity proactively reduces the likelihood of faults by highlighting potential issues before system performance is impacted. Unplanned maintenance tasks will be addressed when they arise with a pragmatic and priority response, considering room availability and operational circumstances.
