To achieve this and develop an overarching training plan, Excel AV provide training needs analysis workshops engaging with personnel from operators to maintainers recognising a diverse range of technical expertise and familiarity. Excel AV deliver comprehensive training packages for all levels of personnel to operate our solutions effectively and securely ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the systems.
Train the Trainer packages are compiled recognising personnel changes and postings, enabling training through life rather than an initial service provision upon commissioning. Excel AV are proud to offer comprehensive, tailored training, with regular top-up or enhanced training packages also available.
Learning from experience, we recognise that a basic level of maintenance and triaging faults training is invaluable to minimise downtime and differentiate between user abilities and system faults.
